For our patients with Insurance Coverage

Our office will do everything possible to help you make the most of your insurance benefits. We realize that insurance is complex and that it can be difficult to understand. We will provide full assistance to you in insurance matters. Unfortunately, we have no involvement in determining which services are covered, the percentage of the fee that is covered or whether a specific service is covered at all. You have been referred to our office because of the quality of care we deliver to our patients. Please check with your insurance company to determine if they may dictate who you see for services. Our office participates with the dental insurance plans listed on this page. Please note, our practice as well as the doctors do not participate with any medical insurance companies. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.

For our patients without Insurance Coverage

Payment is required at the time of treatment. Ask our office if you qualify for a pre-pay discount.

Payment Options for Our Patients

Payment may be made by cash, personal check, money order, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Our office does not offer in-house payment arrangements. However, we work closely with Capitol One and CareCredit. These companies can offer flexible payment plans that include same as cash programs.
